I am a certified translator.

I am fluent in Spanish and English and currently work as a medical interpreter / translator at a hospital. I created this website to provide my services to a wider audience.

Translating is not as simple as taking a sentence and translating it word-for-word. As a professional translator, I will utilize industry specific terminology in order to properly convey the meaning of your message and will do my best to ensure that your translation is error-free, accurate and precise.

I am passionate about the work that I do and do my very best to work with clients to accomplish projects in a timely and professional manner.

Most of my experience as a translator has been in the medical field although I feel very comfortable with any subject. I have worked on a wide range of topics, including legal documents, brochures, instructional pamphlets, websites, etc.

I consider myself a perfectionist and will provide consistency throughout the entire project.

Which services do you offer?

I translate documents from English to Spanish or vice versa. I also offer proof-reading for translations created by a different translator.

The cost of the translation service is $0.20 per word. The cost of the proof-reading service will vary depending on the quality of the translation and will typically range from $0.05 – $0.10 per word.

How do you bill your clients?

All clients are required to pay at least 10% of the total project cost upfront. Once payment is received, I will begin working on the portion of the project the client paid for. This initial portion of the translation will then be emailed to the client for review and approval.

If the client is pleased with the work I’ve done and wants to proceed with the rest of the project, they will to pay upfront for the remaining part(s).

I accept payments through Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo or EFT.

How long do you take to finish a translation?

It depends on the size and complexity of the project. Most small projects consisting of a few pages will be completed in 1-2 business days; larger projects will take more time. I will let you know in advance how long I expect your particular project to take.

How do I send you my files?

Please fill out the form below and attach the file(s) you’d like me to review. I will then contact you to work out the details of the project.

Will the translation retain my layout?

In most cases, the answer is yes. If you send me your documents in an editable file format, I can enter the translated text directly on that same file and keep your layout intact.

Please keep in mind that often times a statement or sentence translated to Spanish will be longer and may need some tweaking of your layout.

Where are you located?

I live in the United States, but I do work with international clients as well.
