These are the most common questions clients ask
I translate documents from English to Spanish or vice versa. I also offer proof-reading for translations created by a different translator.
The cost of the translation service is $0.20 per word. The cost of the proof-reading service will vary depending on the quality of the translation and will typically range from $0.05 – $0.10 per word.
All clients are required to pay at least 10% of the total project cost upfront. Once payment is received, I will begin working on the portion of the project the client paid for. This initial portion of the translation will then be emailed to the client for review and approval.
If the client is pleased with the work I’ve done and wants to proceed with the rest of the project, they will to pay upfront for the remaining part(s).
I accept payments through Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo or EFT.
It depends on the size and complexity of the project. Most small projects consisting of a few pages will be completed in 1-2 business days; larger projects will take more time. I will let you know in advance how long I expect your particular project to take.

In most cases, the answer is yes. If you send me your documents in an editable file format, I can enter the translated text directly on that same file and keep your layout intact.
Please keep in mind that often times a statement or sentence translated to Spanish will be longer and may need some tweaking of your layout.
I live in the United States, but I do work with international clients as well.
